AQA A Level Maths past papers for the linear 7357 specification. All three papers are 2 hours and 100 marks, and each is worth 33⅓% of the A Level. The scaled total is 300.
The line most indexes get wrong is Paper 2. It is not a pure paper, and it is not mechanics only. AQA says it may assess any Paper 1 topic as well as vectors, quantities and units, kinematics, forces and Newton's laws, and moments.
Mechanics topics live on Paper 2. Statistics — sampling, data presentation, probability, distributions and hypothesis testing — live on Paper 3. Vectors are listed with Paper 2, not with Paper 1. When you mark an AQA paper, split the lost marks into the pure half and the applied half before you decide what to revise.
AQA mark schemes award method marks and accuracy marks, and they show a typical solution rather than the only acceptable one. Sit the paper timed, then mark it the same day. The formula booklet page separates the booklet you are given from Appendix B, which is the list AQA says you must use without it being provided.
June 2026 subject boundaries, and the notional marks for 7357/1, 7357/2 and 7357/3, are on the grade boundaries page. Compare the paper shape with Edexcel before you mix papers from two boards. The maths hub holds OCR and MEI as well.
